وَرَتِّلِ الْقُرْاٰنَ تَرْتِیْلًا (المزمل 4)
Translation: and recite the Qur’an clearly with tartil”
Meaning of quail:
(1) The pronunciation of the letters and words of the Qur’an should be correct and precise
(2) The reader can influence the meaning by reflecting on it.
(3) Read the Holy Quran in a beautiful voice.
